One-on-one physical therapy and dry needling in Dedham

Every visit is a full hour, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the company says. It rules out aides, technicians and shared slots. Its website names Dr. Suren Azizian as the clinician and lists him as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

The practice describes its work as rehab that carries on into performance training. It names sports injuries, back pain and rotator cuff problems among the conditions it treats. On the services side, its website lists trigger point dry needling, sport-specific performance PT and focused shockwave therapy for tendon and fascia pain that has not settled with loading.

Evaluation and treatment happen in the same visit, the website states, and patients leave with a written plan. The company says no referral is needed in Massachusetts. It accepts HSA and FSA funds and describes itself as out-of-network.

I’m a classical musician. Torn rotator cuff. Didn’t want surgery. Suren Azizian has gifted hands. I have traveled all over the world and had treatments. This is Outstanding work. We are two months in and I am back working out as we continue the healing of the rotator cuff. He’s very detailed, but Makes everything accessible. I would give him a very high recommendation.

I highly recommend Suren. I made an appointment because I had shoulder pain when playing pickleball. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate me and identified that my pain was actually coming from my neck. He explained everything , gave me targeted exercises, and I improved tremendously. His knowledges, patience, and ability to find the source of the pain made all the difference. I plan on seeing Suren as a personal trainer because of his knowledge and approach.

5 out of 5, Elaine C.

Suren actively and attentively watches and listens to what you’re saying to try and provide the best results possible. Not only will he get you back to where you need to be, hes a great guy to have conversations with while he’s working with you.

5 out of 5, Patrick D.
